Case Study: International Marketing
The House of Robert Timms
It often happens in our business that clients know they want a video, but they’re not really sure exactly what they want or how it should look. Of course, that’s a huge part of what we do here – we help our clients visualise what they need, how the video will be used, and what the finished product must deliver.

In the case of The House of Robert Timms, however, there was no such ambiguity! In 2002 Peter Donnen from Fresh Food Australia contacted us with a very specific list of requirements, which we were happy to fulfill. He wanted to showcase the first House of Robert Timms Café and Retail Store, in Sydney’s CBD, to interested parties in Asia.
We worked closely with the staff in-house to ensure that all the requirements were met, and features several independent sections that detailed the Café’s various departments and highlights. By using a jazzy score and rich colours, we were able to create a video that matched the class and excellence that the Café displayed. We also tied in the existing marketing for the company to give a seamless look to their entire marketing package.
Peter Donnen found our service to be “Hugely flexible, patient, deadline focused and very professional.” When asked for further comment, Peter said “Twoshotmedia went out of their way at all levels to assist, guide and coach us – they produced a video which exceeded our expectations and achieved our objectives.”
Thanks Peter!
